Is Benty a doctor?
No. Benty is a smart assistant that answers everyday questions from your file. Anything that needs a doctor, she gets you a real doctor in a minute.
How is she different from Google?
Google gives everyone the same answer. Benty answers from your own file: your medicines, your lab results, your readings. She never guesses at anything that could hurt you, and she brings in a real doctor when a question needs one. And the more you use her, the more your file grows and the more precise her answers get.
Who are the doctors?
Licensed doctors in Egypt, internal medicine and other specialties. The doctor sees a summary of your file before talking to you.
How much does it cost?
Benty is 50 EGP a month. Doctor consults, medicines and lab tests are paid only when you use them.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Benty is a chat on your phone. Type, send a photo, or record a voice note.
Where does my data go?
Your file is yours. We don't sell it or share it. A doctor sees the summary only when you ask for a consult.
Will she change my dose or stop a medicine?
Never. That is only the doctor's decision. Benty writes the question for your doctor, or gets you a doctor right away.
What about emergencies?
Benty tells you straight away to go to the emergency room or call the ambulance on 123. She is not a replacement for emergency care.
Where does medicine get delivered?
From a pharmacy near you to your front door. We'll announce the areas when we open.
Can I add someone from my family?
Soon. You'll be able to let a family member check on you, if you want.
